A strong cell signal or internet connection is required. You will usually need to allow access to your phone or computer’s microphone and camera. In addition, you will need to find a place where you feel comfortable with the level of privacy and background noise. The first appointment will need to be held through video but we can accommodate by communicating through phone calls instead of video, if preferred. While we are accepting of these preferences, confidentiality issues can arise as a result and we will speak with you in further detail if you request this. Telehealth can be accessed through a web browser on a computer, or app on phone or tablet.
-
We accept payment through a HIPAA compliant payment processing software. This ensures that your financial information remains encrypted and protected.

Yes. We bill insurances for services that are covered under your “In-Network” benefits. A Superbill will be provided for clients wishing to use out-of-network benefits.
We encourage you to check with your insurance company to confirm coverage before we begin.

To find out what your insurance may cover, contact your insurance and ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage.
You may also want to mention the type of license that our providers have to ensure services with our type of credentials are covered. Our therapists credentials are LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW.
Other things you may want to ask about are:
What your deductible is
What your co-insurance payment will be
How many visits you get per year
If you need authorization for your visits
Details on how to submit a Superbill

We will happily provide you with a Superbill if you are wishing to use out-of-network insurance benefits. A Superbill is a specific type of receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
-
Therapy appointments range from $150-$250, depending on the type and length of the appointment.
-
We do our best to schedule appointments within 1–2 weeks of the initial therapy consultation.
-
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and we charge a $50 late cancellation fee for appointments that are cancelled within the 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. For example, we must receive your cancellation request on Tuesday before 3:00 p.m. for an appointment that you have scheduled on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. If you do not show or “no-show” for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment.
We make every effort to prevent late cancellation or no-show fees by sending you appointment reminders through text or email.
