Meet our Therapists

Leah Lopeteguy, LMFT, LPCC

I’m a late-diagnosed neurodivergent mother of two neurodivergent children, and my personal journey deeply informs my work. Because of my lived and work experiences, I understand the unique needs of parents, veterans, first responders, multicultural communities, and neurodivergent individuals.

I’m a stress response expert committed to helping individuals learn how to translate their own brain and body messages into understandable and controllable patterns. My work focuses on targeting the triggers for ineffective behaviors, interactional patterns, and beliefs that increase the body and brain's response to stress and overwhelm. And, I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach a place of maximum equilibrium.

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent mother, survivor of childhood trauma, and “cop’s kid,” I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding to my work.

I know the weight my clients carry and the relief that’s possible when healing is done in a safe, compassionate space.
